About Us
Paul and Elena would like to offer guests a very warm welcome to their Superior Bed and Breakfast in Betws-y-Coed, "The Gateway to Snowdonia". Our aim is to make your stay as comfortable and relaxing as possible. Dolweunydd is a fine late Victorian building providing comfortable, cosy and clean rooms for our guests throughout the year. This lovely house is situated in a quieter area of the village away from the centre, yet only a very short stroll to shops, cafes and restaurants. It has the added luxury of off-road parking and parking in front of the house as well.
Dolweunydd is ideally located for exploring the Snowdonia National Park, the beautiful coastline and beaches of Conwy. The area is a bike riders dream with plenty of excellent grade off road bike trails both in the village as well as neighbouring villages of Penmachno and Blaenau Ffestiniog. If you wish a break from the great outdoors there are shopping centres in the main town of Llandudno as well as more sightseeing on the stunningly beautiful Isle of Anglesey. If you wish to venture further afield for shopping a drive and a day out to historic Chester or the wonderfully cosmopolitan city centre of Liverpool and its 'World Heritage' waterfront is well worth a visit."
